8-1-1 is a free-of-charge provincial health information and advice phone line available in British Columbia.
There is also a new COVID hotline for non-medical questions, which can be reached by calling 1-888-COVID19 or 1-888-268-4319, will be staffed from 7:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. every day with information available in more than 110 languages.
